Renault Midlum 270 from 2006 in tipper configuration, a robust and versatile solution for construction work, building projects and the transport of aggregates or bulk materials. This used truck has accumulated 265,000 km and comes equipped with a Carnier body from the same year of manufacture, which guarantees consistency between the vehicle and its work equipment. The Renault DXi 7 engine with 7,146 cc and six cylinders develops 270 hp and a maximum torque of 1,050 Nm, figures that provide the Midlum with the traction capacity necessary to operate fully loaded on construction sites or on routes with demanding gradients. It complies with Euro 3 regulations and features an EGR post-treatment system. With a fuel tank capacity of 350 litres, the range is adequate for intensive working days without frequent refuelling stops. The transmission is manual with a ZF Ecolite gearbox with 6 speeds, recognised for its reliability and ease of maintenance in the heavy transport sector. The axle configuration is 4x2 with mixed suspension and an axle distance of 455 cm. The Renault Midlum 270 has a maximum authorised mass of 17,799 kg, a kerb weight of 10,000 kg and a payload of 7,800 kg. The Carnier tipper body is steel, with a box measuring 480 x 240 cm in internal dimensions and a box height of 170 cm. The tipping cylinder is in a central position, discharge is at the rear and the rear tailgate is manually hinged. The vehicle also incorporates a Hiab crane and power take-off (PTO), considerably expanding its operational possibilities on site or in industrial environments. The Day Cab cabin with day-type and low-profile design, with left-hand drive, is equipped with air conditioning and cruise control, features that improve driver comfort during long working days. Although it is a cabin without a sleeper berth, its equipment is functional and sufficient for the daily use for which this type of industrial vehicle is intended. In terms of active safety, the truck is equipped with ABS/EBS and ESP, systems that contribute to vehicle stability and control under maximum load conditions or on uneven terrain.
