Renault Premium 380 DXI from 2014 in refrigerated configuration, a second-hand truck specially prepared for the transport of perishable goods on medium and long-distance routes. With 780,000 kilometres on the clock, this industrial vehicle comes with a Chereau dual-temperature body and current ATP homologation, making it a solid and proven option for operators in the food and logistics sector. The mechanical heart of the Renault Premium 380 DXI is the Renault DXi 11 engine, a six-cylinder diesel block with 10,837 cc displacement that delivers 380 horsepower and a torque figure of 1,750 Nm, which guarantees highly competent traction capacity on routes with full load. It complies with Euro 5 regulations thanks to a combined SCR and EGR aftertreatment system, allowing operation with full assurance on most European refrigerated goods transport corridors. The transmission is the Renault Optidriver 12-speed automatic gearbox, which facilitates driving on long journeys and reduces driver fatigue. The chassis adopts a 4x2 axle configuration with mixed suspension and a wheelbase of 540 cm. The auxiliary braking features a retarder, complemented by ABS/EBS and ESP systems for enhanced active safety. The maximum authorised mass is 18,000 kg, with a kerb weight of 11,500 kg and a payload of 6,500 kg. The fuel tank has a capacity of 500 litres, and the AdBlue tank 50 litres. The refrigerated body is by Chereau, also manufactured in 2014, and is equipped with a Thermo King refrigeration unit from the same year with diesel/electric motor and dual-temperature capability, allowing simultaneous transport of products at different temperatures. It features ATP class FRC classification and rear access via swing doors. Additionally, the truck is fitted with a lifting platform to facilitate loading and unloading operations. The Renault Premium medium long-distance cab includes a bunk, air conditioning, stationary AC, heated seats, sat-nav, fridge and LED lights. Cruise control completes equipment oriented towards driver comfort on extended shifts. On the exterior, the presence of a visor stands out, which contributes to the aerodynamic efficiency of the unit. Available at COA Trucks facilities in Lleida (Catalonia).
