Renault Premium 380 DXI from 2014, dual-temperature refrigerated lorry with Chereau bodywork ideal for transporting perishable goods on regional or national distribution routes, available as a used vehicle with 780,000 km recorded on the odometer. The mechanical heart of this Renault Premium is the DXi 11 engine, a six-cylinder diesel block of 10,837 cc that develops 380 hp and a torque of 1,750 Nm, a figure that guarantees solid response under demanding loads and uneven terrain. It complies with Euro 5 regulations through a combined SCR and EGR post-treatment system, which means efficient emissions management. The fuel tank has a capacity of 500 litres in a single tank, and the AdBlue tank reaches 50 litres. The transmission is the Renault Optidriver automated gearbox with 12 gears, which reduces driver fatigue on long journeys and optimises fuel consumption on each stretch. The chassis adopts a 4x2 axle configuration with mixed suspension and a wheelbase of 540 cm. The maximum authorised mass is 18,000 kg, with a kerb weight of 11,500 kg and a payload of 6,500 kg. The auxiliary braking features a retarder, which enhances safety on prolonged descents and reduces wear on the service brakes. The tyres on the front axle are size 215/75R17.5. The refrigerated bodywork is by Chereau, also manufactured in 2014, and is equipped with a Thermo King refrigeration unit from the same year. The cooling system is dual-temperature, with diesel and electric motor, which allows independent management of two temperature ranges. Access to the load is via rear swing doors. The lorry also incorporates a lifting platform, facilitating loading and unloading operations. It holds ATP approval for the transport of perishable products. The medium-length long-distance cab has a bunk, air conditioning, stationary air conditioning system, heated seats, sat-nav, refrigerator and LED lights. Cruise control completes equipment aimed at improving driver working conditions on extended shifts. On the exterior, a sunvisor stands out. In terms of active safety, the Renault Premium 380 DXI incorporates ABS/EBS and ESP as standard. This used refrigerated lorry is available at COA Trucks facilities in Lleida (Catalonia).
