The Mercedes Axor 1833 from 2010 is a second-hand tipper lorry with 4x2 configuration and Meiller three-way tipping body, designed for intensive site work, aggregate handling and bulk material transport. With 165,000 km on the clock, this industrial vehicle arrives in a condition that reflects measured and controlled professional use. Under the bonnet sits the Mercedes-Benz OM470 engine, a six-cylinder in-line unit of 10,700 cc that develops 326 hp and a torque output of 1,700 Nm, a figure that guarantees ample traction on difficult terrain and steep gradients typical of construction environments. It complies with Euro 6 regulations thanks to a complete after-treatment system comprising SCR, DPF and EGR, which allows operation without restrictions in low-emission zones and access to industrial estates and urban environments with the most current environmental requirements. The transmission is manual, with mechanical suspension on both axles and 4x2 configuration. The front axle is fitted with 315/80R22.5 tyres. The maximum authorised mass is 18,000 kg, with a kerb weight of 11,130 kg and a payload of 6,870 kg. Auxiliary braking is provided by engine brake, and the active safety system incorporates ABS/EBS. The Meiller body from the same year 2010 features a square steel box with a height of 60 cm, internal dimensions of 399 x 244 cm and three-way discharge, which speeds up manoeuvres in confined spaces. The rear tailgate is manually operated and hinged, and the hydraulic cylinder is positioned centrally. It also has hydraulic installation for trailer and trailer coupling, expanding the versatility of the unit. The Mercedes Axor 1833 is equipped with a day cab in low version with left-hand drive, air conditioning, sunroof and cruise control, features that improve working conditions during long shifts. The external sun visor completes the cab equipment. The power take-off (PTO) and integrated hydraulic circuit power both the tipping box and the Hiab 122 ES-4 HIPRO crane, which reaches 12 metres of working radius with four hydraulic extensions, turning this lorry into a versatile tool for loading, unloading and positioning materials on site.
