Kassbohrer SSL 35 m³, aluminium silo semi-trailer from 2017, designed for the transport and pneumatic discharge of cement and other powdered products. This second-hand trailer of Spanish origin combines outstanding load capacity with aluminium construction that guarantees lightness and durability on construction sites, cement plants and concrete batching facilities. With COC homologation and registration in Spain, it represents a solid option for fleets seeking proven reliability. The bodywork of the Kassbohrer SSL is the differentiating element of this semi-trailer. Manufactured entirely in aluminium by the manufacturer Kässbohrer itself, it features a total capacity of 35 m³ distributed across two independent compartments, which allows simultaneous transport of two product references or more efficient load management according to destination. The discharge system is pneumatic, which streamlines operations on site and reduces waiting times at the plant. With external dimensions of 944 cm in length, 255 cm in width and 382 cm in height, the unit offers optimal space utilisation. The tare weight of just 4,600 kg, against a maximum authorised mass of 35,500 kg, allows a payload of up to 30,900 kg, maximising the profitability of each journey. The running gear of the Kassbohrer SSL comprises three axles with air suspension, a configuration that provides uniform load distribution and smoother handling on all types of road surfaces. The incorporated liftable axle allows reduction of tyre wear and fuel consumption of the tractor unit on return journeys empty or with partial load, improving fleet operational efficiency. The fitted tyres are size 385/65R22.5, with an axle spacing of 131 cm. The braking system features ABS/EBS, which guarantees stability and active safety in emergency braking, particularly relevant given the high maximum authorised mass of this silo semi-trailer. Regarding homologations, this second-hand semi-trailer has a certificate of conformity COC, which facilitates its registration and circulation in any country of the European Union without additional procedures. The driver's side is configured for right-hand drive, in accordance with Spanish and European regulations.
