Kassbohrer SSL 35 m³, aluminium semi-trailer silo from 2017, designed for the transport and discharge of cement and other powdered bulk products. With Spanish origin and valid COC approval, this second-hand silo trailer represents a solid option for cement companies, construction firms and logistics operators seeking capacity, lightness and reliability in their daily operations. The bodywork of the Kassbohrer SSL is the distinguishing feature of this semi-trailer. Manufactured in aluminium, it combines structural resistance with a reduced tare weight of just 4,600 kg, which allows maximum use of the payload capacity of 30,900 kg within a GVW of 35,500 kg. The tank is divided into 2 compartments with a total capacity of 35 m³, which facilitates the simultaneous transport of different batches or product references without unwanted mixing. Discharge is pneumatic, a system that speeds up operations on site and minimises waiting times on site or at the factory. The external dimensions of 944 cm in length, 255 cm in width and 382 cm in height guarantee a geometry adapted to European circulation standards. The 2017 Kassbohrer SSL is fitted with three axles with pneumatic suspension and one of them is liftable, which represents a very relevant operational and economic advantage. When the semi-trailer travels empty or with reduced load, the liftable axle allows one axle to be lifted off the ground, reducing wear on the 385/65R22.5 tyres and fuel consumption of the tractor unit. The axle spacing of 131 cm contributes to balanced load distribution. The braking system incorporates ABS/EBS, which improves stability during emergency braking and reduces the risk of wheel lock, especially under maximum load conditions. This second-hand silo semi-trailer has COC approval, a document that certifies the vehicle's compliance with European type approval regulations and facilitates registration or transfer procedures in any country of the European Union. The driver's side is configured for right-hand drive, in line with Spanish and continental regulations. The Kassbohrer SSL is available at COA Trucks facilities in Lleida (Catalonia), serviced in our own workshop.
